Once an order has been placed, customers may cancel the order before dispatch, but please note that returns are not accepted after delivery, as our products are perishable. If our delivery team is unable to reach you, and the rider makes three unsuccessful call attempts, the order will be automatically canceled for quality and safety reasons. Delivery timelines and charges are clearly displayed at the time of placing your order, and by using our service you agree to these terms. MeatDae holds no responsibility for delays caused by external factors, incorrect delivery addresses, or unforeseen technical issues on the website.
